We offer FREE shipping on all orders! Below, you'll find details on processing times, estimated delivery, and what to do if you experience any shipping issues.
📦 Processing & Shipping Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
📍 United States & Canada: 3-7 business days
📍 United Kingdom & Australia: 5-9 business days
🚨 Note: These are estimated shipping times. Delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues.
🚚 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
📌 Where to Track Your Order:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for a tracking link.
- If you don’t see an update within 48 hours, contact us at support@tryroachblaster.com.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. However, we’re happy to assist in resolving the issue!
✅ If your order is lost in transit (no delivery scan):
- Contact us at support@tryroachblaster.com and we’ll investigate.
- If confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no extra charge.
✅ If your package arrives damaged:
- Email support@tryroachblaster.com with clear photos of the damage.
- We’ll send a free replacement immediately.
📍 International Orders & Customs
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
🚨 Customs Delays: Some international packages may experience longer processing times at customs. Unfortunately, we cannot control these delays.

✅ Wipe down counters and cabinets 🧼
✅ Seal food in airtight containers 🍞
✅ Take out the trash and remove clutter 🚮

📍 Step 2: Identify Roach Hotspots
Roaches hide in dark, warm, and moist areas. Focus on:
✅ Behind appliances (fridge, oven, microwave)
✅ Under sinks (kitchen & bathroom)
✅ Inside cabinets & drawers
✅ Along baseboards & corners
✅ Near trash cans & pet food areas
🔎 Pro Tip: If you're unsure where roaches are hiding, turn off the lights and check at night—they are most active then!
💧 Step 3: Apply Roach Blaster Gel
1️⃣ Apply small drops (pea-sized) every 6-12 inches in targeted areas.
2️⃣ Use a thin layer—you don’t need to spread it around.
3️⃣ Avoid placing the gel on surfaces that are cleaned frequently, as this will remove the bait.
🚨 Important: Do NOT spray household cleaners, insecticides, or bug sprays near the gel—this repels roaches and makes the bait ineffective.
⏳ Step 4: Let Roach Blaster Do the Work
- Roaches will eat the bait and carry it back to their colony.
- In a few hours, they begin to die.
- In 1-2 weeks, the entire infestation is eliminated.
📌 Pro Tip: If roaches are still appearing, apply fresh bait every 7-10 days until they are completely gone.
