- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday).

📍 United States & Canada: 3-7 business days
📍 United Kingdom & Australia: 5-9 business days - Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships.
🚨 Note: These are estimated shipping times. Delays may occur due to high demand, customs processing, or carrier issues.
🚚 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
📌 Where to Track Your Order:
- Click the tracking link in your email.
- If your tracking does not update within 48 hours, contact us at support@tryroachblaster.com.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. However, we’re happy to help resolve shipping issues!
✅ If your order is lost in transit (no delivery scan):
- Contact us at support@tryroachblaster.com and we’ll investigate.
- If confirmed lost, we will reship your order at no extra charge.
✅ If your package arrives damaged:
- Email support@tryroachblaster.com with clear photos of the damage.
- We’ll send a free replacement immediately.
📍 International Orders & Customs
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- International packages may experience longer delivery times due to customs clearance.
